I myself would probably be more inclined to work out if I could get some clear information on what works and what doesn't. This is an article on exercise myths, and yeah, I thought that a few of them were true until I read it.
In my dance group we'd always warm up and then stretch before dancing, plus we always, always, always streched in every gym class I ever took in middle school and high school. So... I actually have a bit of trouble believing the stretching myth, but oh well, I'm not a fitness expert by any means.
